Ernest Bwogi is a Biomedical Engineer and researcher passionate about advancing healthcare through innovation, technology, and evidence-based solutions. His work focuses on medical device innovation, oxygen systems, and the development of technologies that address healthcare challenges in resource-limited settings. At OxyCare Uganda, he contributes to research, technology evaluation, and innovation initiatives that support sustainable oxygen delivery systems and strengthen health outcomes. His interests include healthcare technology assessment, implementation research, and translating innovative ideas into practical solutions that improve patient care.
